Magurka Wilkowicka is a mountain peak in the Beskid Mały range, between Bielsko-Biała and Wilkowice, at an elevation of 909 m above sea level. It is a popular peak with several picturesque hiking trails leading to it.
Here are some details about these trails:
- Cross-country skiing trails: In the upper clearing of Magurka Wilkowicka and the adjacent forests, there are cross-country skiing trails. These trails are marked in blue and red, totaling 3750 meters in loop form.
- Rental of skis and boots: At the summit of Magurka Wilkowicka, there is a rental service for skis and boots, operational during the winter season. It is located in the judging building, which also has sanitation facilities.
Walking from the Przegibek pass from the side of Bielsko-Biała takes about 30 minutes. There is also the option to drive via the road from Wilkowice. In Górne Wilkowice, we turn into Harcerska Street. Above the demolished retention tank, there is a large free parking lot and a no-entry sign. To enter legally, one must apply for a temporary entry permit for using the skiing trails, which is free and issued by the Wilkowice Municipal Guard.
